Back to School Night
Wednesday, August 23
6:00 – 8:00 pm
Parents are invited to stop by and talk with their child(ren)’s teachers and get answers to general classroom questions. (If you need to talk with a teacher about topics specific to your child, teachers are more than happy to schedule an appointment with you to talk privately.)
At 7:00 pm, all middle school teachers will be in the school gym for a general middle school Q&A session.
We hope to see you there!
Many thanks to all those involved in our consignment closet makeover project! If you are in need of uniforms throughout the year, please stop by the office and Mrs. King is happy to let you in to check out the items in the closet.
Congratulations to our 4th Quarter Wheels in Motion bicycle winner, first grader, Sarah Stromer! Sarah was nominated by two of our elementary school teachers. One teacher said, “Even though Sarah is quiet and shy, she makes a BIG noise when it comes to being a good student, classmate, friend and Christian.” Another said, “Sarah is very honest. She treats her classmates with respect by giving everyone a chance.” Congratulations, Sarah, and thank you to the Gallatin Rotary Club and Gallatin Police Department for making this student recognition possible.
Thank you for voting for St. John Vianney in the 2017 Main Street Awards! For the second year in a row, we were voted the BEST PRIVATE SCHOOL in Sumner County! This year we also won BEST PRESCHOOL and BEST MIDDLE SCHOOL. We were also finalists for Best Elementary School, Best Principal, and TWO of our wonderful teachers were finalists for Best Teacher, Cynthia Roberts and Erin Thompson. Thank you for your love and support! Go Wildcats!
