Student Council

  • Our students were very interested in how the student council at Pope John Paul II High School works. Holly, school president, Emily vice president and Gabe house president answered those questions in a very knowledgeable and enthusiastic way. They also provided our students with examples of activities and decisions they as student council officers had participated in. Overall our students were very impressed with Holly, Emily and Gabe and are excited about starting up a student council here at St. John Vianney.

SJV Elections!

Student Government speeches and elections will be held on Monday, October 1st!  We are so proud of everyone running for Student Government!  Speeches will be given during first period and elections will take place during third period.  We hope to have an official Student Government by the end of the day!  These are a few posters of some of the students running.  We have a total of 20 students that have decided to give Student Government a try.  We have a total of fourteen positions in Student Government! Good Luck to all of our candidates!
