8^th Grade Religion

This is Mrs. Maluchnik’s sixth year at St. John Vianney.  She has had the privilege of teaching both third and fourth grades here.  During her first year at SJV, she filled three interim positions and worked closely with the second grade teacher as an aide.  She is originally from the Midwest and received her BA at the University of Toledo in Ohio.

Mrs. Maluchnik and her husband have three children, two of whom attend SJV.  She lives in Hendersonville and is an active member at Our Lady of the Lake.  There she has taught CCD for nine years-five of which were preparing second graders to make their First Reconciliation and First Holy Communion.  She is very excited at the opportunity this year to help prepare the second and eighth graders for their sacraments and aims to provide the best for them spiritually, as well as academically.
