Letter from the Principal
Dear SJV Families:

We were so blessed to have the opportunity for many of our students to attend mass this morning with Bishop Spalding.  I wish all of you could have been there with us to hear his inspiring homily.  I am excited for the future of our diocese, and specifically, the future of our Catholic schools.  If you have not had the opportunity to see Bishop Spalding yet, he will be celebrating mass here at 4:30 pm this Saturday, and will be joining us at Party Gras for a short while.  Please keep him in your prayers as he works to lead our diocese.

Speaking of Party Gras, I hope to see many of you there on Saturday night.  This is a wonderful opportunity for us to come together as an SJV family for a fun evening, but also to help raise money for our school, specifically for tuition assistance for the 2018-2019 school year.  Thank you for your generous support of this event!

Remember, as we prepare for Party Gras, the gym will be closed Thursday and Friday.  Morning drop off will be at the main doors of the school the next two mornings, and please remember to pack a lunch, as the cafeteria will be closed.

Have a wonderful week!

Jennifer McCormick

Principal
