Reading: This week we are reading “Hungry Little Hare,” a fantasy about a hare who bumps into several animals because they are camouflaged. Vocabulary words are hare, disguise, stump, meadow, pond, and scent. Test will be on Thursday.
Language Arts: We are learning about possessive nouns and pronouns. Test is on Thursday. We will also be doing Valentine’s Day inspired writing activities.
Spelling: Test on Thursday.

Religion: Test over Kingdom of God, parables of the mustard seed and buried treasure, and the miracles of Jesus will be Tuesday. We will review them in class on Monday and Tuesday.
Math: Written test on Tuesday. We will be practicing subtracting 6 facts, solving word problems, and learning about gallon, half-gallon, quart, pint, and liter.
Science: Test over habitats, adaptations, and food chains will on Wednesday.
