Catholic School’s Week

This is a very exciting and wonderful week.  It’s Catholic Schools Week! We have many exciting things planned to help celebrate the week.

 

Monday – Student Appreciation Day!-out of uniform day

Tuesday – St. John Vianney Day

Wednesday – Parent Appreciation Day!

Thursday – Faculty/Staff Appreciation Day!

Friday – Grandparents Day!  11:30 dismissal (or students may leave with their grandparents prior to 11:30)

 

 

Remember: This week it will be BITTER cold outside. Please bring your child to school with a winter coat on.

 

Snacks- Please continue to keep them healthy. Desserts are meant for lunch.

 

Math- We will be focusing on drawing straight lines and writing our numbers.

 

Science- We will be learning about winter animals and their habitats.

 

Religion- We will be learning about respect, Saint John Vianney, and the golden rule.

 

Reading-  Pre K 3 is learning about the letter L. Pre-K 4 is learning about syllables, the letter sound of A and L, and book awareness.

 

We are continuing to work on forming our letters and proper pencil grip.

 

Please let your child know if they are packing or buying lunch.
