 Please continue reading with your child. When your child reads to you he/she is developing his/her vocabulary and building fluency. These extra practice times along with reading in the classroom will help your child become a strong and confident reader.

Reading- Introduce /sh/ spelled sh,  /th/ spelled th, /ch/ spelled tch /or/ spelled or and ore,  and  Fluency-reading decodable books Trish’s Ship, Beth gets a Snack, Mitch on a Ranch, At a Port, and Sports Camp.

 Reading comprehension – read stories with the /sh/ spelled sh;  /th/ spelled th, /ch/ spelled tch /or/ spelled or and ore, 

 Math-Lesson 45 Subtraction facts: Subtracting 1
